We have been involved in running a private tutoring agency since 1995. We are a small caring agency offering an intimate friendly personal service. We are proud that many tutors have been working with us since the beginning and that they have successfully supported our own children and their friends through CE, GCSE, A Level and university. Our tutors help their students to reach their potential through times of academic uncertainty and to emerge confident and successful. We support parents and students in their homes and schools or in the tutor’s home. Our aim is to promote learning by enjoyment, build confidence and enhance students’ skills.

Whichever mode you choose your query will be answered by an experienced qualified teacher who, before assigning a tutor, will discuss your requirements in detail. Many are still teaching. Some have recently retired from local schools and further education colleges and universities and offer a wealth of experience. Others have worked in industry for many years.

Our standards are high. We ensure that our tutors have first-class references, which are closely checked, and that, in accordance with government regulations, they have an enhanced CRB disclosure certificate. We ask that our tutors conduct themselves in a professional manner and are honest and trustworthy. Because we ask our tutors to go into people’s homes our checks are more rigorous to ensure the safety of our students.
